Where I've Been.
My last post on this blog was ushering in 2014. It is now March of 2015. I was 5 months pregnant when I last posted and eagerly planning and wrapping up work for my maternity leave. Our family welcomed a beautiful, happy, healthy baby boy in May.
Due to many different circumstances, my leave was unexpectedly extended. I feel extremely fortunate to have been able to spend this time with my family, but now it is time to get back to work. I have had incredible support during this time from my amazing husband, family, friends, colleagues and clients. I am so thankful. It is exciting to start this new chapter for Kate Cunningham Design. I can't wait to share my new projects and plans, so stay tuned!

Ah Summer!

Today we go on safari.

Tried a new granola recipe from 100 Days of Real Food. The granola is so yummy and easy to make. Booli loved it too! I did the cereal version this time around. Can't wait to try granola bar version!

It was Booli's first year trick-or-treating. She had such fun!

Booli's room (along with our house) is a HUGE work in progress. I am always excited when I can find the time to work on it. We made this fun butterfly display box the other day. My girl loves it! We used some of Booli's old watercolor art and this butterfly template from elinee. I then hot glued the butterflies into this shadow box frame from IKEA.

Where I've been.

I've taken a bit of a break from the blog. We've done a little travel and I have been very busy with work. I have some exciting projects in the works that I can't wait to share!

These pictures are from our family vacation to St. Augustine, FL that we took a couple months ago. I would love to be back on that beach!!
